WN has many things in our contract that are better QOL wise than anyone else, DL included. Second, Lews analysis has pilots at 76 captain rates or greater every year after the first. Only a few Delta pilots have just recently been able to achieve that. Mathematically, it will never be a large number, unless they're doing CA/CA flights there and nobody told me.

And many of those QOL items benefit SWA also. Are you a MDW CP? Nothing like the SWA pilot that tries to negotiate for less. How about just letting those that are trying to get you more do the heavy lifting. Otherwise you are just 1 of 81. Pretty much our contract is crap in all areas. Many have better flexibility. You want to get rid of our productivity? Yup I love guys like you that argue for less. Speaks volumes of who you are!!
