It's
adequate healthcare; I wouldn't call it excellent. Otherwise our union wouldn't have to pay a separate company to keep fighting the numerous claim denials our members are getting far too often.
My previous company had a better plan, also with no premiums, and significantly lower copays. The 20% coinsurance on SWA's plans costs me significantly more each year.
