Hello all! I'm coming from a Canadian Regional and just got my green card (will have SSN shortly) and looking to get some ducks in a row.
I have my ATP-CTP conversion course set for June and already had my university degree accredited. I have 3900TT, 1000TPIC on a CRJ200/900 (300 hours as a line training captain) and 1200TPIC on a DH8-100/300/Q400.
Looking to be based in LAX. Any recommendations on what I should do to get the majors to notice me?

Might be worth getting your app together, professionally reviewed and submitted when you meet the requirements. If the hang-up is the conversions, attend a job fair and speak to a recruiter about your specific situation. From what it sounds like, you have a pretty competitive resume. Good luck!
