It seems like if we also retained Delta-style sick leave allowances beyond 120 credit hours (138 TFP), the plan would stand less of a chance of passing because doctor's notes would be involved even though their rate of no-sick-note "accrual" is better for a large portion of the pilot group than SWA's rate of accrual.
