3 - Is there premium flights? 120% , 150% ?

4 - How the environment?? Usually good? Bad?

5 - How much expect to make as a first year F/O that likes to fly a lot ?

6 - How long until upgrade ?

thank you!!
1) You should be able to hold it on the first or second vacancy bid. Pretty junior right now.

2) I live in base and my QOL is amazing. I can’t speak on the commuting aspect of flying for Spirit. I usually hold weekends off as a junior reserve guy. YMMV.

3) We have plenty of premium flying going around right now at 200%.

4) Everyone I talk to is happy here. If you’re young and live in a legacy, lots of CAs will encourage you to move on due to the merger, but it’s an overall good pilot group with good morale.

5) Budget for minimum guarantee, but breaking 100k isn’t unrealistic if you work some premium trips. Again, living in base is key.

6) 3 years is for upgrade in a junior base and you’ll be on reserve for over a year. Some people don’t upgrade because they wait until they can hold a line on the CA side. Again, YMMV.

Good luck!
