I just work the trips I’m assigned. I bid for what I want and while I don’t always get what I want if I can’t swap a trip with something else I’d prefer to do or I truly need a day off I didn’t get in the bid I just call out sick for that trip. The over reliance on drop to 0 is just astounding. There’s so many ways to get the schedule you want or have a day off without needing to drop to 0. I’m not saying drop to 0 isn’t useful. But it’s just overrated when there’s many other means of getting the same outcome.
you’ve been here less than a year. You jump in every thread to either whine about spirit or boast about leaving. If you’re even off reserve yet, I’d be surprised.
