In June, the bid window was 72-91:30 due to ALV of 82 hours (new contract +/- 10 hours). Looking at bid results, the bid window is 74:30-91:30 (-7.5 old contract). Disregard. Mods, you can delete this post. I looked at the A’s when I bid instead of B’s ALV. User error. Usually is. FML. That’s what APD’s and IVD’a are for. Lol.
