Then several people within the company are lying, management and pilots alike. I find it odd that I would hear the exact same thing from parties that are negotiating with one another.

Reading the negotiating committees' emails it is easy to pick out the undertone that PBS is here to stay and the union is trying to make it palatable to the younger pilot group. The pilot group has made it clear time and time again that PBS is not wanted and that is has never been wanted. The union all on it's own agreed to do a pilot study of PBS. Who is working for who?
