You realize, they upgraded way out of seniority, that’s just how the system works. Most won’t be downgraded for long though. And No, that will have no factor on staffing. This summer is going to fly, we do not have a staffing crisis, a lot of 2X will be paid though. There are FO’s that will make CA wages, but I bet that isn’t fair either. Alaska looks to be on pretty good footing, we are on a great trajectory… but yup doom and gloom, the sky is falling. We will snap to 335ish this fall, but we will still be miles behind everyone else🙄🙄🙄
