The company isn't being harmed by this as much as we are. I've probably personally lost thousands because of this. I agree ALPA should have negotiated something in exchange during the contract, but they didn't.
If someone calls them out on each IA and ACE's it, they are in effect triple paying for each trip they IA. Personally lost money as well, but as a pilot group, it's more wages being paid (or waiting 4 months to be paid as it were with ACE).
