That's right, I forgot about that. My question still stands. Who is working for who? I understand that there is some give and take in negotiations, however, ZW tried taking us down this road before. Unfortunately, it seems that PBS will end up with us at ZW if we want raises despite the union telling us to keep telling them that we don't want it. Which, by the way, I've done.... several times.
