I was in your position, had CJO’s to both. I was on the younger side as well, but that shouldn’t matter. It’s a nice problem to have. I firmly believe you can’t go wrong with both. Obviously it’s one of the most important decisions you’ll make in your life, which makes it stressful.

This sounds corny as heck, but go with your heart, you’ll have less regret no matter the outcome. The seniority movement at AAL is unprecedented. You can be a WB FO in a new 787 or a NB CA in a new A320 in a few years. You can hold any domicile you want in six months. That’s why I chose AAL over SWA.
