Stick to aviation you’re better at that. In the business world GPA’s are meaningless to employers after the first job. The guy/gal just isn’t a very good hustler.
True story, a good buddy of mine is an accountant for one of the “Big 4” firms. You know how they interview you in that world? After the HR panel one of their rep’s takes you out for drinks on the company’s credit card and they get you absolutely $hit faced to see how you really are to hang out with.
There’s supposed logic behind it. You’re going to be working at a desk next to this person for hours on end. You can drink at the office after 4pm. They want to see if you’re tolerable or not.
A very different world wouldn’t you say?
