This is without and bonus money or per diem calculated into it.
money ain’t everything. I know a lot of current ca at my carrier who came from there and said qol wasn’t great hence why they left. 100k per year isn’t a big bump from current regional rates. So unless they got big updates to qol too I don’t see this being a move.
