Someone told me SWA is offering sign-on bonuses for 24 month agreement...is this true.
What is the pay structure?
Are they running back-side of the clock sims and are newbies instructing those?
How long does it take before you are fully qualified to instruct?
Thanks.
Part time is still offered. No idea what the pay structure is with signing bonuses. No E period sims (11 pm-5 am…I’m sure they do it occasionally but it’s not frequent.). Bout 6 mos from start to end (go through initial, then upgrade then how to run the sim).
