The flip side is first year pay is pretty bad and the duty days can get long. Being on reserve is a matter of when, not if. A new contract, work rules and other QOL improvements would make life better here. With that said, I have no intention on jumping ship. Most who do, have a desire to fly wide body long haul flights, not 3, 4 or 5 legs a day. I voted yes for the SAV.
