I got a Delta interview but tbh I've never been interested in Delta or their culture and I don't anticipate the interview to change my mind on that.

I'm really looking forward to starting, but only time will tell whose experience is more accurate, the nay sayers on the forums or my friends.
You might be very surprised at how Delta presents itself, I was. I don’t believe in the whole culture thing but I do recognize a professional organization and appearance. My time at the interview was professional, I met great people, I enjoyed the process (while long), and felt an accomplishment when getting thru to the other side. They take their outward appearance to applicants seriously and the process was well laid out. Take culture out the equation and attempt a fact based analysis of the two companies and where you land in them. Then you can make an educated decision. For some it will be to stay, and for others to go but regardless the decision is fact based, can stand up to scrutiny, and isn’t one on a show of past culture under an icon.
