Yeah you literally copied our ocean crossing pay. Only change is ours does not apply to HI unless we are also flying across the Atlantic in a NB that month but other than that looks identical to ours.

6hours only applies if the cancelation happens before being airborne on your first leg of a trip. If you are rerouted (Dl speak for reassign) and touch your base they either have to return you to your trip or you are done.

and none of those things are earth shattering. Your sick if needed was already in your old contract so that is not an improvement.

I stand by what I said, DL set the bar, and it appears AA for the most part matched it but did not move it meaningfully from there.
You’re neglecting to mention that after a certain amount of sick use you need a doctor’s note. We don’t need a doctor’s note at AA for sick or sick if needed unless one sick call lasts two week<. Again, I personally prefer our system. To each his own.
