DL does not bank sick time but we get a lot, like over 200 hours a year if you have been here 10 years with a max of 270. Sick if needed isn’t nearly as important if you have 150-270 hours/year vs your 60.
Not complaining but it’s always give and take. So now you have plenty of sick bank to call out “sick” more than you should and not be worried about it. That’s great for everyone except short call reserves.
