If true, the reason we are seeing massive uptick in DEI around campus is not because of any woke ideology but more for the concerns of upper managements pocket book. I can understand that. If you offered me a couple mil to push something that doesn't help the company or bottom line I would be happy to jump on board spouting nonsense and disappear into the shadows when confronted.
