It’s not about “feel better”. I’m only here because hockeypilot and others made a claim that “APA agreement as a whole is short of deltas”. Not true. I bring up amendable date 3% raise, sick sell back, faster vacation accrual, more holiday pay days, 4 hour reassignment window etc (yes we get the same reassignment 150% day one, 200% everything after until we’re back on original trip), and all I hear back is “we get more sick time”.
And if AA goes bankrupt it won’t be because of us. It’ll be because they’re paying Eagle pilots $600-$1200/ hours to fly a 50-76 seat RJ, plus bonuses.
Who do you believe will be paid more on average between 1/1/23 and the amenable date of your AIP, a Delta pilot or an AA pilot? If you scoff at that question, lets include the first year after your amendable date to give you the 3% raise.
Also, if instead of an 18% DOS raise, delta received a 10% raise, what do you think the value of your AIP would be?
