I can't quote anything right now but humor me this example
Delta 7B over 4 years is 1.75B per year. with 15,500 that would be about 113,000 per pilot.. Since the starting pay is about that(113k) and more senior pilots are making 400K+ per year and we haven't costed in medical and DC or all the other ancillary costs, I can only deduce that the 7B is the incremental cost.

I don’t know. I’m not going by the media though. I’m going off of APA and AAL communications. Everything I see makes me think it’s $8B over 4 years total. I’d love some concrete confirmation.
An MLB player signing a 4 year deal at a 100M is getting 25M/year, not a 100M raise. That’s how I interprete it.
