I received a CJO from both AA and DL. Currently live in Boston and not intending to move.
I’m debating because there is a good chance that Boston base at AA will close at a certain point (200 pilots in a company that employs 15,000 pilots) and Delta hinting they will open a base at BOS (they already hold half the airport with their own terminal).
Either way, I will make a bet here. My question is if I choose DL, how frequently will I see BOS during my trips, and if I can easily build my schedule around it or does it require “engineering” with drops and trades that have a slight chance to go through?
