How much actual flight time can a junior FO get at SFB on a normal schedule or with overtime?

I DO mind 50% deadhead pay to drive to MIA/FLL... to sit 8 hours,not fly, log less than 40 hours of flying a month,and drive home and repeat for 20 days ( please say it's not THAT bad).

What is the current training footprint for Indoc through IOE?
