It should help if you look at the evidence. She was late, she doesn’t deny that at all, but so were most of her co workers. That evidence was presented using Equinox’s own swipe in data that showed just about everyone was always late. She reported a direct report that used racist and sexist comments and then she was singled out. In fact the co worker accused of the comments was also shown in to be late quite a bit. So why was she the only one fired? Just asking???
