The article only states her 47 times. At no point does it state if that was above or below average. And at no point does the article mention the coworker. This is from the NYT article:"Ms. Europe never denied that she was often late for work, but her lawyers had presented jurors with a chart indicating how many other people also failed to show up on time, though, with relatively few consequences.". That is the only reference to other people being late. Just saying.
It definitely sounds like a cr2p place to work for POC, but lets not forget she wasn't exactly a model employee either.
