I’m of the opinion that you should always let somebody else tell you “no”. If you don’t submit your app—even before meeting the mins—you are effectively telling yourself “no”. I agree 100%. I think guys get anxiety about "timing their app" less from submitting the app itself and more from using that one LoR from a DL pilot buddy knowing it's gonna get looked.
