Even with the limitations you state, the Green Grid rules are MUCH better than current Blue book with respect to the grids.
I hope its something we keep as I believe it is better than what other carriers have. But there are a handful that like to make it seem more than what it is. I would like to think most NK guys will accept nothing less than industry standard pay/profit sharing. However many of the vocal few would probably work for pennies as long as they can "drop to zero".
