Newhires on the 737 and 320 have been getting ORD awarded while still in training. The most junior 737 FO awarded ORD on the May bid hasn’t even taken their type ride yet. Plan 3 months from award to activation date.
Expect IAH or EWR as your initial class award if you get the 73 or bus.
