I am comparing fully refundable fares on AA website vs. Global Travel.
Our own Global Travel is selling us fares for about $100 more on all the tickets I have searched for vs. AA website - for exact same class and service.
We used to be able to assume that if we weren't getting the corporate discount rate, we would at least be getting the airline's website rate. Not anymore.
