Vacation value - I feel like NK has a better Vacation deal as well.
Namely -
21 days of vacation after 6 years versus 10 years
Choose between 7 - 9 days off*
Choose between 12 - 44 hours of pay
Sell back
* I personally used this along with our mechanism to shift to get a holiday off. We also have float vacation but I've never used it so I can't speak to it personally though someone else can probably extol its virtues. I also agree that having premium sorted by hours and seniority within those hours is better at NK along with First Out for reserve.
Can someone explain B6 - 7% minimum 6% allowed for three consecutive months?
