Sent home just before being signed off for check ride and sat in the dark for 3-4 weeks while training/ST and JO decided what to do with them, until last week's Sec 19 hearings, and last I heard they're still waiting on their decision. Seems our training department has been on the decline for awhile. Not like we can afford to let new hires go.
That really sucks for them. If the company is waiting 3-4 weeks for a decision I’d imagine that their flying skills would deteriorate to the point of needing more training to get signed off again. Are they being 19’d because of poor performance? Or attitude ?
I get to work with a lot of new guys, most are great but some don’t seem to care much either.
