It's mostly just HR stuff now, logbook review etc. Have a "why Southwest" answer that isnt canned. Despite what you read here, they are still turning people away so take it seriously if you are interested. Otherwise, there are no gotcha questions or moments, just trying to determine if sitting next to you for a few days at a time is doable.
