I am a pilot for United and a Doctoral Candidate at Oklahoma State University working on my dissertation. Please consider participating in my data-gathering survey, the results of which will be published in my dissertation. In all that we do in aviation, we debrief. This study is a three year look-back at the state of our industry with regards to the COVID-19 vaccines, mandates, and pilot health in an attempt to debrief that which our industry did well and that where improvements could be beneficial. The Oklahoma State Institutional Review Board granted its highest level of approval for human studies which assures anonymity for all study participants. Additionally, the survey is hosted on Qualtrics, the world-renowned platform known for its analytics and confidentiality. No metadata or tracking is enabled. It is imperative we reach the necessary sample size to get valid, rich data. The survey takes about 10 minutes and trees in two different directions depending whether you took the vaccine or did not.
