there was movement well BEFORE now. APA just did their best to kick the can. First appeasing us with an exploratory committee. Then completely ignoring their recommendation and killing the process. We have not seen the final language for the AIP, and won’t for at least 3 weeks. Meanwhile, anger brews and a few tasty morsels hidden in this deal could easily kill it.
I believe Fedex moved to ALPA at the same time they were negotiating a contract
