See Ricks post above and read how things get done in DC.

100% a Republican thing (until recently). The bill has been languishing for 11 months. It ain't happening. Not with the Dem's controlling the Senate. After 32 years in the airline bizness, I know how things get done in DC. "Too funny" is union pilots that vote against their own interests. Watch and learn, junior. This bill will not pass in this Congress.
Back the PAC!!
