They'll take it. Signing bonus plus no "work for benefits" rules means they'll get 2/3 of the votes they need off the bat. Rates make them "industry leading" again.
The stews that are here mid career will vote no. The older crowd on the ROAD program and the younger crowd will vote yes. Personally, I could care less what another work group gets or doesn't get. Cleaners weren't even in their ask. They, quite simply, don't care and their union is awful.
