they get what they ask for. I talked with a couple on the bus a little while ago about their negotiation progress. Both claimed the union was asking too much from the company and that's why it was taking so long. "i've been here 20+ years and we've always gotten 6 or 7% every cycle. They did both mention they wished they had unity more like the pilots...but it didn't take more than a bus ride from the employee lot to make it apparent that they're certainly a completely different labor group.
