The quality of the ECIC product has really gone down since their founder got the boot for making racially charged statements on social media. “Top off” councilors falling asleep on the phone during sessions, failing to ensure client logbooks and paperwork was all set for interviews… wouldn’t recommend.

Spitfire Elite is the newer kid on the block but their service and outreach seem to be top notch and have had good results.
