A lot of us have been here longer than you and doing just fine with our sick policy, accrual, and our very chill base chief pilots. Don’t you worry what your other pilots are doing with their
contractually accrued sick time and how they choose to use it. If there was ever a situation where someone was accused of misusing sick time, that’s between them and management. However in the 12 years I’ve been here, never heard of this happening.
