Does anyone have info on deviating into TPE with regards to ground transportation from airport to hotel. Specifically, costs or any known hassles. I wish that you could PM me but I don't think that you've been around here long enough to do PM's. Because you can't PM you need to talk to someone (preferrably in person or on the phone and not on a public forum) who has done this before so that they can explain to you how it works. There are some pitfalls that can make it a real pain.
