Clearly the pilot was incapacitated about 15 minutes after departure. Probably a pressurization problem but perhaps a medical issue. If it was a systems issue did he miss something on preflight or after start or was it an aircraft systems failure? Again it really doesn’t matter as facts won’t matter if 67 comes to a vote. It will be hanging out there and if it sways a vote or two it’s huge.
