The airfield works well enough, but I hate the concourse layout at ATL. Narrow, congested concourses with gates on both sides, the chaotic center core of each concourse, and the fact that there are only two places for passengers to enter/exit make it appear perpetually more congested than it needs to be.
Also the elevator capacity can easily be overwhelmed at peak times. They need more/larger elevators to prevent there from bring a large buildup of wheelchair passengers and strollers to go up/down.
