To the OP, do whatever you think is right. It is a difficult hiring environment right now for pilots needing 1000 hours of additional qualifying time for Part 121 upgrade. This isn't going to change anytime soon, not until we get over the mass retirement wave which will be at the end of the decade. Have you tried applying to every Part 121 reginal?
