Pretty sure the FFD contracts will allow all of the parked 170s that United owns/leases back or otherwise controls to be shifted. But time will tell. This could all be a ruse to help with recruitment yet every United base I fly to, especially IAH has a pleathora of 175s sitting idle. I imagine Scooter would prefer to see those flying.
