More than 15 days off typically happens above 50% seniority in your base/equipment/seat. If you hit the easy button coming from SWA and bid the 737 the most junior base is IAH. With 14 months on property I would be 45% there. Instead, I'm about 55% at EWR. I would be about 70% everywhere else.

That being said, days off isn't exactly linked to seniority. You could be 30% but gave PBS so many avoid commands that it choked on your bid and gave you 13 days off and 85 hours of work. You can also be 60% but made things easy on the computer with just a "I don't want to work" command and you get 17 days off with 75 hours.
