Idk but Alaska has about 3400 pilots and they’re losing about 16 pilots a month. APC says they’re supposed to hire a total of 600 this year. At this rate if you get hired on there, in about a year you’ll move up about 2000 spots because everyone will be at United or Delta.


You’re better off going to the other 2 airlines because upgrade is only a year. The other 6000 FOs there who are bypassing upgrade always forget to bid for vacancies. Or better yet get hired on there and awarded widebody and enjoy reserve as a bunk bum and go back to the sim every 3 months because you never get to do takeoffs and landings.
