I also have had my app evaluated with raven career services and they cannot figure out why i am getting this message. In addition i have also attended job fairs and have spoken to recruiters who promised to look into it for me only to not hear anything back. I wish i could create a new application but it is tied to your certificate number. Other than having one failed line check at my last company i have a clean record with my current 3rd airline as well as my first airline. I have 1000 part 121 PIC and 5000 hours total with 1100 hours currently on the Airbus. United Airlines is my dream airline to work for. How can i have a fair chance of applying like everyone else? Should i give up all hope?
