Biden will sign it, since most everything else in the bill will matter to a lot of other people.
1. He doesn't hate age 67 badly enough to veto a bill passed by a Dem-controlled senate.
2. He doesn't really care to back up Mayor Pete who could hypothetically at any time resign and run in 2024.
3. Worst of all, he can't make a big public production of vetoing a bill which contains a lot of other stuff, just because it lets old people continue to work... when he's about to run for office at age 80-ish
