The AIP we eventually get will not be adequate and will fail to address many of our needs. If they can’t even solidify separate hotels and better language, the tea leaves look brown. However, since Covid, the dynamic has changed greatly. I don’t socialize with them at all outside the aircraft. Their union and their company head had no issues telling them to write up pilots.
